🌑 The Blue full moon will be on the 31st of October. This is the 13th full moon of the year. It is a second full moon that occurs during one calendrical month of the year.

Blue moon (the full blue moon is the goal moon)

Its power: protection, resolution of problems related to spirituality, and other more down-to-earth areas. Now is the time to reflect and assess what you have accomplished so far.

Symbolism: recovery of personal and spiritual power, the spirit of freedom, a clear vision of the work to be done, of the people to be around and situations to be resolved, social rise, material luck, stimulation in sustained effort.

☸ To set up a mindset, we will practice through the Chakras, the wheel of energy.

Chakras are the circular vortexes of energy that are placed in seven different points on the spinal column, and all the seven chakras are connected to the various organs and glands within the body. These chakras are responsible for disturbing the life energy, which is also known as Qi or Praana.

A special workshop on Expressive Writing. This is not about journaling but put words on feeling to acknowledge them, organize, and structure them. To let go of the rumination of thought. It helps to sleep better, to focus, to gain clarity, to move on, to find resilience.

💆‍♀‍ Take the time to give you a treat. A full range of massages treatments is also available. Reconnect with the sense of touch which calms the mind and heals the spirit.

🎁 This event will occur in 2 days. The second day of each workshop is open for the participants who attend the first day.

Traditional Hatha Yoga

One of the oldest forms of yoga, Traditional Hatha Yoga. The practice which originated in India some 2000 years ago is a gentle form of yoga, where students search for the essence of movement from an inner perspective.  Yoga means union of the body, the mind, and spirit. Hatha means force which refers to qualities such as enthusiasm, courage, determination, patience, renunciation through the essence of knowledge.

This yoga practice comprises of a series of physical poses (asanas), cleansing and breathing exercises that are designed to cleanse the body and mind, while also strengthening and building muscle with softness, stability, and comfort, and expand your practice from this place, and this place only.
